Reimbursement

1 – Contact the company by email at contat@vitalisgold.com requesting a refund within the warranty period, remembering that the warranty period takes effect after the delivery date.

2 – Include your order number, CPF, and transaction number in the email.

3 – After your request, wait for a response from our support team, as we will contact you to process your order.

4 – A Reverse Logistics code will be generated and sent to your registered email address. You must then package all bottles and return them to the company.

5 – After receiving the products, the company reserves up to 72 business hours to verify the validity of the return and request a refund from the financial institution.
